PMAC is thrilled for the highly anticipated return of the 17th Annual Jazz Night concert on May 11th, 2024. The region’s top jazz musicians will ignite The Music Hall Lounge with the electrifying ambiance of an authentic NYC-style jazz club for two performances, at 7pm and 9pm. This year, the diverse set list will also commemorate the 100th birthdays of trombonist J. J. Johnson and drummer Max Roach by showcasing their influential music.

The 7-piece jazz ensemble features a talented roster of PMAC teaching artists. With Eric Klaxton and Russ Grazier on saxophone, Josh Gagnon on trombone, Damian Bernardini on guitar, Jonny Peiffer on piano, Nick Phaneuf on bass, and Mike Walsh on drums, Jazz Night promises an unforgettable evening of infectious grooves, captivating improvisations, and adventurous takes on timeless classics.

“Jazz Night is my favorite concert of the year,” expresses Russ Grazier, PMAC CEO and Co-Founder. “It brings together an all-star roster of PMAC teaching artists to perform special arrangements of jazz classics and more. Seventeen years in, this concert just gets better and better.”
